CTF LM+

What is CTF LM+?

The LM+ project aims to create a training activity that integrates, at the highest possible level, the knowledge from universities with that brought by companies and other organizations in the working world.

Is the LM+ training activity in a company different from a regular internship?

The LM+ proposal is radically different from that of a degree course that includes an internship or a stage. The activity that the student performs in the company is integrated into the rest of the university course and aims to acquire predefined and coherent professional skills. Companies do not just host students at their premises but commit to programs with specific educational objectives in close and continuous collaboration with the professors at the University of Pavia. To this end, meetings, including informal ones, will be proposed to allow students to get to know the companies and their programs.

How is CTF LM+ structured?

During the Master's Degree course, the student attends 11 semesters instead of the usual 10, with 2 semesters dedicated to training in a company (which may also include experiences abroad). Selected students may consider the option of part-time enrollment, as stated in Article 11 of the call for applications and Article 6 of the CdS teaching regulations (please contact the Student Secretariat staff).
